Dispatcher - Data Entry - Weaverville Location
Job Description

Performs the following duties:

Proficient 10-key and keyboard data entry.

Highly proficient in English language.

Team player in growing, locally owned family business

Communicating concisely, screens and answers all telephone and radio calls.

Coordinates emergency calls from law enforcement, roadside assistance companies or individuals.

Determines customer needs and efficiently coordinates with vendors and staff via various mediums: telephones, walk-in, truck radios, email, night dispatch, various software, etc.

Prepares and processes appropriate paperwork in compliance with related contracts.

Responsible for cash and credit card transactions.

Dispatch drivers and appropriate equipment in a timely efficient manner.

Routinely monitors all phases of dispatch and office activities.

Processes forms and maintains records for DMV, Storage, Lien, Collections, sales and disposal.

Works directly with all staff, various law enforcement agencies, customers and vendors.
Qualification and Skills:
-
Efficiently use multi-line phone, various office machines, email, Word, Excel, (Google) mapping software, and learn industry specific software.

Ability to work in high pressure situations.
-
Data Entry: must be accurate and attentive to details.
-
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Professional, reliable, confidential.
Required background check, pre-employment and random drug testing.
Hours: Full-time and Part-time, M-F, flex-time between 8am-4pm
Rate: DOE/hourly
